What we do
From conventional soil investigation to open-sea surveys, six areas cover a project's full cycle -- from the first decision on where to build through the standards and parameters engineering requires.
Geotechnical Drilling
Before any foundation, retaining structure or infrastructure project, you need to know what lies beneath the ground. Geotechnical drilling opens boreholes in the terrain, collects soil and rock samples, measures the groundwater table, and determines the strength of the ground -- the basis on which the structural design is safely sized.
Marine Geotechnics
Before installing a platform, a port terminal, a pipeline or an offshore wind farm, you need to know the soil beneath the seabed. Marine geotechnics investigates that subsurface with our own means, in sheltered waters, open sea, rivers, tailings dams and lakes, providing the data that guarantee the technical feasibility and safety of the project.
CPTu and Vane Test
When a project needs more detail than conventional boring delivers, CPTu and the vane test measure soil behavior in real time, with no wait for lab results. They are the right tool to predict settlement, pile and foundation bearing capacity, and risk in soft clay soils before the foundation is decided.
Geophysical Survey
Before deciding where to drill, it is possible to see the subsurface and the seabed from a distance, with no direct intervention. Geophysical survey quickly maps a large area and points to the right spots for intrusive geotechnical investigation, reducing cost and risk before any drilling.
Geology
Geology answers questions engineering alone cannot: what type of rock and structure exists in the ground, where usable groundwater can be found, and what geological risks a project needs to consider. It is the link between field mapping and engineering design, from defining foundations to obtaining a water well permit.
Professional Diving
When the work has to be done underwater -- inspecting, repairing, rescuing, or supporting a marine drilling operation -- professional diving comes in as specialized execution, with a certified crew and dedicated safety equipment, never as adapted recreational diving.

Our own fleet: the GEOSEA III
The GEOSEA III is our own self-elevating platform, fitted with spuds and a winch and operated by our own crew in full safety gear. It is the vessel behind our entry into marine geotechnical investigation, carried out with the same rigor we have always applied on land.
